You are going to have to put the whole money thing into a different corner of your mind for a while and get control of your feelings.
If you are going to gain control you need to concentrate on you and you alone. Not on who did what to whom or who has to pay for what.
Yes, your children are very important but unless you take control of your emotions and get a good firm grip on your depression you will not be a very positive person in their lives and they need that form you.
Depression is horrible, I know, I lived it and almost died from it, so if at all possible you do not want to sink any deeper.
I do not know if you are a religious man? I wasn’t but am now and I find so much strength from the church and the bible and of course from believing in God. I am not going to preach, I am going to say this just once, if you feel that you have no one in your life and you are falling down a deep dark hole, get your butt to a church and speak with a pastor, priest, rabbi or leader of whatever denomination you feel is yours. YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Now, I said I would only say that once, so the next best thing is to not drink alcohol when you feel like this or take any drugs – been there done that it don’t help!!!!!!
Try to eat good food and go to the gym.
Now you are going to say what is this nut talking about?
To keep your strength up and your body in condition to fight off stress you need to eat well and you also need to lift some weights and take a long walk on a treadmill.
Believe it or not, there is a bright future for you and although you may not be able to see it for all the blackness in your life, millions of us, yes, millions of both sexes, have gone through what you are going through and have come out the other side and are proof that life goes on.
I could go on for a long time but I won’t.
What I will do is offer my friendship.
If anything that I said here strikes a cord or makes sense then you are most welcome to email me and I will try and do whatever I can to assist you. If not, no harm done.

I'm new to this whole bloging thing. I'll tell you alittle about what I've been doing. I recently graduated form POST accadamy (Peace Officer Standards Training) and worked realy hard to keep up with the much younger cadets witch I did. I dropped close to 30 pounds while training there. The training was all bodywieght and cardio. I began only meeting the basic requirements in pushups and situps 15 and 20 respectivly I graduated in th top 15% of the class in fittness over 40 reps in a minute ineach exercise and top 5% in accademics both of witch I am very proud of. Over this last weekend I took a hard look at my goals and where I am and where I want to be phycially. I have made a change in my routine switching from mostly bodywieght to wieght training with cardio in order to reach my next goal. Increasing my overall strength for the special opperations team, and to continue to transform my body into something I can be proud of instead of a potato chip.
