So I strayed from my diet this weekend, at dinner Sat and Sun. While I dont think its as bad as Im making it out to be, I feel guilty. So I think from now I will just make my own dinner if need be, so I can stick to the a healthier diet, and better lifestyle. Why does the bad stuff have to taste so good?!?!!!?

So I got to the gym earlier this evening, thinking I could do my cardio and it would fly by as I watched the playoff game. Well I had a pretty good session on the treadmill of about 15 minutes, did a easy jog for 3/4 of a mile, and walked at an incline for another ~.35 of a mile, since I just did some HIIT yesterday. So after finishing up some ab exercises, I decided to weigh myself, just for the hell of it, see how much water weight I may have lost. Well, scale said 199! Now I know that may not be my actual weight, but it was damn nice to see that number, and motivating. Havent been sub 200 for some time, since highschool. Just more motivation to keep my diet strict and keep hitting the weights and cardio!
