A couple favorites are doing crunches on a decline bench while holding a barbell in an extended press position. So at the top of the motion its like an overhead press, and then at the extension (only go about half way down to avoid psoas use and low back strain) its an incline press. Its more challenging and tests the shoulders for stability. Usually a 45lb bar is enough to start out since it does tire the delts and serratus. Additionally, with your arms like that its impossible to pull from your lats.
