I am looking for someone that has a lot of knowledge on nutrition and workouts.  I am currently in Iraq and have been cutting for a few months just trying to get leaner.  I want to bulk up now and gain as much lean mass as I can before I return to the states next year.  Then I want to find a show and need help with that diet and training program also.

Does anyone know of any natural amateur shows that I may be able to compete in some time in May or June of 2009?  This will be my first show.

I am trying to add some thickness to my abdominal region… I do a lot of weighted cable crunches.  Can anyone tell me any other exercises that may help?
