bad work out
i was startin my leg workout with squats and i started to notice that i wasnt getting the adreniline rush that i always get. so it didnt start too good. then all of a sudden my upper back had a spasim and i ended up leaveing which ended up being one of my worst workouts ever

when that happens to me thats when I wish there was a friend around that was as passionate about working out as I am to be like NO STAY we are going to finnish BUT of all my friends I’m the friend to them that says COME ON COME TO KICKBOXING TONIGHT I know your tired but I was up 2 hours before you and sat through 6 hours of class WHAT! did you do!!!
But if you did hurt yourself it is good that you stopped– feel better!:-)
