ok..so here we go..little did I know when i titled my blog the journal of pain, how prophetic that would be…the back injury was from hell and took over 2 months to get healed…2 months of rest…now turned into 3 because the 2 months off made me lazy as hell and I got complacent…complaining abut the softening of the body, yet doing nothing about it for a month after the healing process…it is so easy to fall back into laziness..so convenient.

So I have accepted Jules and lovejones challenge and we will see what happens..first goal is to eat clewan the whole time…gonna be tough, eating clean gets expensive and work for me has come to a ginding halt thanks to our lovely economy and lack of construction in our area, and no one wants to pay me to be their chef right now…ARRRGHJH!!

ADHD, yes I know…back to the goals…eat clean the whole time…get back to my 6 miles a day routine 6 days a week and keep it under 50 minutes as I did before. Lift 5x a week…pics will go up tomorrow..I am embarassed about the reversing of the body since I last posted  pics in April, but that is motivation to get back into it…thanks to all who sent encouraging messages after my injury..most greatly appreciated..now its back on..

    You have nothing to be embarrassed about, Sean!! I am so happy you agreed to sign up for this challenge… go buy yourself some protein powder!! and lots of egg whites… most cost effective forms of protein! you can do it!!! and you and I both know you will be provided for! tomorrow I will list all the people that are joining in the challenge! Will be fun and keep us all on our toes!! :)

    fellow challengers…here we go…my short term goal for a week is up…we will see how the back does..I told jules earlier, i did 15 pull ups without kipping and no pain yet, so all might finally be well with the back issue. my pics are posted for the start of this challenge…i have eggs and whey and oatmeal…so here we go..dinner tonight is grilled chicken breast with brown rice, steamed green beans and good old fashioned ice tea…unsweetened of course, even though I live here in the South..i just can’t bring myself to drink that sweet tea crap. so bring it on everyone…i am back in the game finally and hoping to last it out all the way through…good luck to everyone in the challenge.
