well just as I get started with my quest for fitness again..along comes another spinal injury…maybe its not meant to be huh?
This time its a disc in my thoracic spine instead of cervical spine…got a herniated disc in T-8/9 so I am off training again…will keep everybody posted..so much for C3 and M-tech.

hey Pixi…It could be months before this gets ironed out…we will see how well I respond to the PT…hopefully we can get this taken care of quickly…I will definitely have to change my training once this initial onset of pain is over and the inflammation is decreased.

Thanks Bryan..I am hoping that its just a mild herniation and not blown..I haven’t had an MRI yet to determine the amount of damage..trying to avoid spending that money right out of the gate…I will probably hit the pool and see how some swimming (cardio) does for me once this initial crap goes away. Thanks for the well wishes man..keep on keepin on!!

No such thing as its not meant to be - dont stay focused on the injury - stay focused on healing. Keep the right mental frame and that injury will be over in no time. You were meant to live your best life - embrace it - anyway your body is smokin so a little time off wont hurt.
