Do you like the results of doing that much cardio? Since you are cutting, I think running is an excellent way to get that heartrate up! I certainly wouldn’t be able to do that much, though! I guess it all depends on what you want, what sorts of results you are seeing, and how you feel about said results!
the cardio is definitely trimming up the mid-section which was desperately needed. gotta get rid of the pudge…banish the pudge….and actually once the run is over I feel awesome…great way to wake up in the mornings if you ask me…how are you doing?…have you loosened the grip on the blender?
Hey, we have the same running times for that length! Though no way I can do it 6x in a week… I max at 4x! I don’t think it’s too much cardio if you’re cutting, though I do think it would impede building muscle (especially for the legs)… but, I’m trying to do the same thing, so what do I know?
I am wondering myself if 6 times a week is too much!!.with me getting dizzy after lifting yesterday…it may be just a diet adjustment is all I need though..I didn’t eat as much yesterday as I normally do…
After C3 week 1 though, I am already seeing some good results with the cardio and lifting..feeling good and tight and pumped today..love to feel that way…I hope I can stick to the diet and work out this time..I normally do good for a bout 90 days, then I go on vacation or something it and all my hard hard work gets bagged and I can’t get back into my groove…
