well…I am now fully involved in this contest…started really training hard, but man it is so hard to do with my work schedule…Friday worked from 7 am to 630 pm doing trim work at a custom home…after climbing ladders all day (crown molding in entire house 6000 sq ft) and then kneeling (doing baseboard trim and detail work)….its was pretty much impossible to go home and do plyometrics…but i did run 6 miles before work in about 53 minutes so I at least got that in..so I am going to update my goals post some progress pics(official entry for m-tech) and post my workouts (twice a day, cardio in am and weights in pm)….you guys are great..I will keep everyone posted on thepersonal chef catering thing as it progresses.

Nutrition is critical as we all know…I have been a chef for 20+ years and now I have been toying with the idea of prepared meals (personal chef) and doing this for people who are looking to eat healthier and are in training…does anyone think this is a good idea…I am not trying to sell anyone anything here, just throwing the idea out to see if feasible…would be like a Nutri-sysytem type deal, but with actually good healthy food that doesn’t taste like a cardboard box and geared towards peoples training regimin …just a thought
