Switching it up a bit
Well, I tweaked my shoulder and got yelled at by the physical therapist, so now it’s more reps and light weight for a while. Bums me out a bit but I’m still going and started doing more abs to make up for things. Doing about 4 or 5 sets of 50 leg lifts and some other stuff so I’m still doing over all body work out stuff just not isolating things as much. I don’t want to lose what I’ve gained. I’m still trying to find a regular workout partner but those are the breaks we get and this is where self discipline steps in.
