REMIND ME WHY I RUN HILLS???
Monday, February 23rd, 2009I was going to go to the Cross Fit affiliate yesterday but I didn’t. Bad me. So instead, I decided I’d run around the lake.. WHY?! i know it’s all hills.. You’re either running up or down.. TO the right or to the left.. Blah.. Blah.. Blah.. So all in all, I went 5.5 miles in 50:39. Sounds really slow and it felt even slower but when I look back at my time and distance and the fact that I no longer have to WALK after the hills, I was rather impressed and happy… And my glutes and hamstrings feel like they went thru a CF WOD.. SUCCESS!!!
