As a Fella, you just kick*ss in sports(ie: lift as much weight as possible), make the grades and go on!
We never had a coach keep tabs on us the way the do my sons and their projections…..Sh*t, They can’t get in the ballpark and now they put kids who they have projected size and strength in certain spots. No accounting for heart, desire, leardership, and who gets you in the win column. Bunch of Morons these days.
Friday Night Lights my Butt! It IS a Money game now as well as the other sports around Here.
I DIGRESS!
MEASUREMENTS: Been a Neat Ride keeping the stats. I’ve done fairly well IMHO……. Chest 2", Shoulders 1", Thighs 1", Biceps 1" and I haven’t even come back from my Pec Tear 100%.
I attribute alot to 5 day split with alot of rest(SLEEP). Alot of Supps and alot of money down the shoot,lol. Anything to get me back to get to my goal especially after the Tear. I became "entrenched" with the idea of coming back bigger, stronger.
Getting comments from the outside world, heck a 17 yr girl asked if I had a son…lol. And if she could meet him if he looked like me. humor an ole man,lol.
Decided to measure this evening because the XL short sleeve polo was actually alitte tight. My wife told me not to outgrow my clothes,lol…right that isn’t what she says the rest of the time.
So She got the tale of the tape not me fumbling with a tape trying to get to the nearest .25".
Nice Surprise and my waist? Did not want to check it BUT I’ve had to buckle the belt one notch tighter now…hehehehehe
Means my waist is @ the size when I was at 217, sporting 225 now.
Oh and ALOT of Water and I have cut the Diet Colas down to 1 or none a day. Oh And Egg Whites as well!
