Tale of the Tape!!!

I hadn’t been this serious ever and I’ll be! I like this measurement stuff to let you know where your at! THNX BB.com

As a Fella, you just kick*ss in sports(ie: lift as much weight as possible), make the grades and go on!

We never had a coach keep tabs on us the way the do my sons and their projections…..Sh*t, They can’t get in the ballpark and now they put kids who they have projected size and strength in certain spots. No accounting for heart, desire, leardership, and who gets you in the win column. Bunch of Morons these days.

Friday Night Lights my Butt! It IS a Money game now as well as the other sports around Here.

I DIGRESS!

MEASUREMENTS:  Been a Neat Ride keeping the stats. I’ve done fairly well IMHO……. Chest 2", Shoulders 1", Thighs 1", Biceps 1" and I haven’t even come back from my Pec Tear 100%.

I attribute alot to 5 day split with alot of rest(SLEEP). Alot of Supps and alot of money down the shoot,lol. Anything to get me back to get to my goal especially after the Tear. I became "entrenched" with the idea of coming back bigger, stronger.

Getting comments from the outside world, heck a 17 yr girl asked if I had a son…lol. And if she could meet him if he looked like me. humor an ole man,lol. :)

Decided to measure this evening because the XL short sleeve polo was actually alitte tight. My wife told me not to outgrow my clothes,lol…right that isn’t what she says the rest of the time. ;) So She got the tale of the tape not me fumbling with a tape trying to get to the nearest .25".

 

Nice Surprise and my waist? Did not want to check it BUT I’ve had to buckle the belt one notch tighter now…hehehehehe :D Means my waist is @ the size when I was at 217, sporting 225 now.

Oh and ALOT of Water and I have cut the Diet Colas down to 1 or none a day. Oh And Egg Whites as well!

 

I hope everyone is doing well and progressing! If you aren’t; keep "tweaking" and working out.

Here Comes the Flood….Total Carnage out there!!!

Yes, I have to pay for my supplements so I’m pretty "picky" about what works and when it doesn’t I’ll "slam-it" in a heartbeat so others don’t have to go through the financial hurdles to get quality!

WHITE "Freak’in" FLOOD……. Man I have been on this for 1 1/2 weeks now? Man-O-Man  I have put it with CARNAGE and I have had Great Workouts. Starting to keep size. I have also started to add a small drink EAS/Myoplex halfway through the workouts these last  2 days which seems to help as well.

I "LIED"!!!! I PUSHED THE PEC with DB Inclines 65# 15 reps :D , Very Pleased with that and yes my pec was tender the next day but not too bad!!! Still using 270# on Hammer Inclines "repping-out" with that!(Can feel the Tender Pec on Hammer) and finish with Pec Dec-ing 122# for reps.

Anybody Out There Having The Same Nice Results?

 

Overhead Presses tonight 80# 20reps(10 behind, 10 front) 2 sets. "Strict" Lat Pulldowns 160# 10 reps 3 sets…….This is Very Tough on the PEC!!! I try and be VERY VERY Strict trying to only Use the Lat!

On and On but  FINALLY starting to get results on workouts hold and gaining poundages on exercises and Gaining Size and dropping Waistline. It has been a long road but I believe I’m moving nicely down it!

TWO WORDS FOR YA …………. PUMP IT!!!

Whew Hoooooo!!!!!

Chest workout went tremendous!!!!

Here is how it went down…….

Incline Dbs: 50×10, 2:60×8 Could Have Done Alot More(Hehehehe ;) )

Hammer Incline: 3:270×8 Could Have Done Alot More(Hehehehe ;) )

Pec Dec: 3:122×8 Could Have Done……..You Know!!! ;)

Pec Dec Contraction Hold on Last Rep 20secs :)

Woke up and I am not sore from workout and THE PEC That I Had the  TEAR feels GRRRREAT(just a "Smidg’in" tender).

Gonna Stick with those Weights and Go For Reps, not PUSH for the Ego till I’m 95% sure that the PEC is Ready!!!!

First Real Weight since the Pec Tear 22 Weeks Ago!!!

PUMP IT!!!!
