DB Incline - 50lbs 3 x 10
Push Ups - 6 x 20
Bench Press - 135lbs 20 reps, 225lbs 10 reps, 225lbs 8reps, 215 8 reps
Decline Press - 185lbs 10 reps, 205lbs 2 x 8
Incline - 175lbs 2 x 10, 185lbs 10 reps
Cable Cross Over - 100lbs 3 x 10
Back
One Arm DB Row - 50lbs 3sets x 10reps
Shrugs - 205lbs 2 x 10, 185 10 reps
DB Press - 50lbs 3 x 10
Bar Bell Bent Over Row -105lbs 3 x 10
Upright Row - 75lbs 3 x 10
Cable Pull Down - 11?? That’s Just What Weight Reads??
Pull Ups Wide Grip (palms forward) - 3 x 7
Cardio - 30 minutes running/elliptical mix
Abs incorporated throughout chest workout 300 to 400 Reps
