Biceps
Standing DB Curl – 50lbs 3sets x 5reps, 45 3sets x 7reps 

DB Preacher Curls – 50lbs 3 x 10, 45lbs 3 x 10  

BB Preacher Curls -  75lbs 3 x 10 

Cable Machine Curl – 70lbs 3 x 10, 50lbs 4 x 10 

Standing Bar Curl - 85lbs 3 x 10 

Pull Ups 3 x 15 

Triceps 

Standing DB Extension – 50lbs 3sets x 20reps, 45lbs 3sets x 20reps 

Scull Crushers - 65lbs 3 x 10 

Cable Pull Down – 180lbs 3 x 10, 170lbs 3 x 10, 160lbs 3 x 10, 150lbs 5reps, 140lbs 5reps, 130lbs 5reps, 120 5reps, 110lbs 5reps, 100lbs 5reps, 90lbs 5reps, 80lbs 5reps, 70lbs 5reps, 60lbs 5reps, 50lbs 5reps, 40lbs 5reps, 30lbs 3 x 5, 20lbs 3 x 10

Chest:

DB Butterflies - 45lbs 3 sets x 10 reps

DB Incline - 50lbs 3 x 10

Push Ups - 6 x 20

Bench Press - 135lbs 20 reps, 225lbs 10 reps, 225lbs 8reps, 215 8 reps

Decline Press - 185lbs 10 reps, 205lbs 2 x 8

Incline - 175lbs 2 x 10, 185lbs 10 reps

Cable Cross Over - 100lbs 3 x 10

Back

One Arm DB Row - 50lbs 3sets x 10reps

Shrugs - 205lbs 2 x 10, 185 10 reps

DB Press - 50lbs 3 x 10

Bar Bell Bent Over Row -105lbs 3 x 10

Upright Row - 75lbs 3 x 10

Cable Pull Down - 11?? That’s Just What Weight Reads??

Pull Ups Wide Grip (palms forward) - 3 x 7

Cardio - 30 minutes running/elliptical mix

Abs incorporated throughout chest workout 300 to 400 Reps

Here we go again!!!

Week 9 of my intense workout program starts this week. I feel great and have really noticed the increase in strength and my overall look. I feel lucky to have avoided missing workouts due to being sick or getting an injury - knock on wood, knock, knock. Looking at everyone’s results on BS helps keep me motivated along with my wife complimenting me on my results.

It’s been 8 weeks for me on my new workout plan! I’ve been tracking and logging my workouts on a weekly basis. I’ve never done this before and so far I’ve seen awesome results. This week my wife and I started writing out our daily meals on the calendar. This will probably be a huge help. I most likely will not post pics until May, so stay tuned. I’m starting to work on my six pack, I can vaguely see it, so I know it’s possible. It’s something that I never had before.  I’ll keep rocking!!! Stay tuned…

Feeling Progress!!!

I just posted my progress pics and I feel great! I’ve have fully overcome a shoulder injury and my chest workouts are rockin. I just switched from ballys protein to muscle milk. The ballys didn’t seem to be that effective. Part of my focus is to get down to 160lbs. I’ll be traveling all week which means hotels and airport food. I’ll have to stay extra disciplined to train and eat right.

Great News!!!!

Just got done doing a tri’s and bi’s workout and I’m feeling great!!! I’ve been slacking a little bit on my eating habits, but I’ll get things straightened out. I received some great news!!! I was offered a job in Washington D.C. working with the government with the Office of Public Affairs. I’m taking the position, so I’m totally cheesed… I’ll be moving from CO, so it’ll be a huge change of pace, which I’m excited for…yessssss…..
