training progress
February 4, 2007I have had a weird feeling for 4 weeks now. I’ve started a 12-week program which would make me gain 20 lbs of muscles… but 4 weeks later, i’ve gained only 4 lbs! I think the magazine in which I found it ripped me off.
However, my strength has increased incredibly (+45 lbs for my bench), and my definition has never been that good. The only drawback is that I’ve done one third of my programme, but i’ve gained only one fifth of the weight i have to gain.
But i keep training strong, even if this program is real real demanding. I’ve just bought some stuff which should make me gain 8 lbs in 2 weeks!!! I have difficulty to trust that statement, but we’ll see…
