I am trying 5 of 5 on all my upper body exersizes. Chin-ups w/ 45lbs neck touch to bar. Dips w/ 55. I am feeling a difference mostly from the change and my new eating habits. I eat about every 3 hours, things like salmon, tuna sandwiches, cottage cheese, turkey,quinoa etc. I want to get huge and I feel like I am accelerating on my path to accomplish this.

Hey everyone, If you have an exersize that you think rules all others when it comes to abs feel free to post it here. Simple tips are also welcome, like squeezing on the last rep for as long as possible etc.

Hey, If anyone has good diet tips to gain mass in a healthy manner let me know. I have heard that chicken and rice, eggs, turkey, tuna, oats, etc. are good and eating about every two hours is also beneficial. Give your ideas.
