					<description>You should have those symtoms check out my friend.  At 500-800 cals under maint you should be dropping a little weight.  Not to mention everything else - doesn't sound like fun.  Take care of yourself my friend and get to feeling better!</description>

It is getting a lot easier to go out and make a heathfull food choice so I know you will have no problems today.
