This week
Friday, January 18th, 2008Training has been good this week. Wish I had the discipline to write it all down as it happened, because at this point, I’ve already forgotten the details. Damn…I need to get better at that. All I know is my back, delts and chest are sore and I’m loving it!!! The only thing I’ve been slacking on is abs and cardio. Cardio, I’m not too worried about b/c its wintertime and I don’t mind giving my body a little break. The abs though, I need to get moving on. Seems I always have at least one bodypart that becomes "unfavorite" for a while and I neglect. Kinda funny how that works. TGIF and looking forward to the long weekend!
