So this is my plea for advice, sugestions, …help. Whatever you want to call it. I have set a goal to see my abs thats my main focus. I’ve built arms, chest, legs, seen serations come and go. But my abs have never poped through…. I know its 90% diet and the rest is just hard work but I’ve been on that track before, Ive read all the articles and books, and maybe I gave up too soon or I wasnt training right or whatever reason…. I want to see my abs… So whats the next step. Whats your secret to peeling away that last bit of fat.

I grew up as the fat kid and I always was alittle over weight. I maintained a weight between 190 and 215 for years and I never really cared what I looked like. I got merried in 2001 and thats when I got to 215. I stayed at that weight for a while. I wasnt inactive I was in the Marine Corps for christ sakes. I even had a first class PFT with a 20:41 run time. I hated going to the gym. But then I made new friends in 2004 while deployed to Iraq and they were determined to whip my fat ass in shape….. and they did I left Iraq at 163lbs…and a nice tan….. the wife loved it
Still I have yet to see my abs… maybe a glimse of the top 2 but Ive been down to 8%BF and 150lbs and never have they appeared. Im in a desperate atemp to see them. So if any of you have any awesome sugestions please respond…LAter
