its august 12 4 days till my birth day, diet still not great and im about to start working a part time job. so now i want to work on a good schedule and stay in the gym. after getting adjusted to working a 2nd job, then i will focus again on a stricter diet.

ive been exercising for over a year solid now, i got as heavy as 245 lbs, today im weighing between 195 and 200. to lose the remaining 20 lbs that i want to drop, i truly understand i have to get serious about my diet and cardio. 180lbs would be a major accomplishment for me, im capable, but my food choices continue to get in my way. anybody out there who has been were im at now, and what they did to fix it? please help, thanks
