I’m 10 weeks out from the first of 2 shows i’m doing this fall. I’m of to an awesome start but I don’t know if i’m going to have the money to get though it. This is an expensive sport after all. With the price of Whey Protein up and all the pounds of chicken, rice, and brocolli along with other supplements its been tough lately. Life has brought a few unexpected expenses lately that has put a hurting on the pocket book. I think I’m going to look into some possible sponsors but I have no idea what to do or who to contact. For now I’m just going to keep pushing forward.

The first 2 weeks are over and it has been going great. I am down like 10 lbs. and leaning out good. I need to post some new progress pics. maybe tomorrow. I am just higry all the time but other than that everything is good. It’s exciting to start cutting down and see al the progress I’e made over the past year. Hopefully it keeps getting better every week.

Well cutting started bright and early this morning. A little cardio on an empty stomach followed up with oatmeal and a protein shake. After that eat some chicken every few hours, workout , more protein, and thats pretty much how the next 15 weeks will go EVERY DAY! I am really excited about it though I have made some big off season improvements and added a lot of mass. I am anxious to see what I will look like this time around. I should be much more crisp. So far day 1 has been a sucsess!

I finally got back down to 225lbs. i haven’t started cutting yet but i would like to get a little head start on it. i am not doing any cardio yet or anything but i would like to take off 1lb this week and next week before cutting. I know its going to come off when I start cutting but a little head start can’t hurt. I had an awesome chest workout yesterday. Today is arm day I think I am going to go do that soon or I might wait til after dinner I don’t know yet but i am going to bring the same intensity as yesterday.

The last two weeks of "normal" life. What is normal in the life of a bodybuilder? Not much! I can’t decide what I should do for my last two weeks. Last time I ate everything I saw, everytime I walked by the kitchen I stopped and ate something. This time I’m not going to do that. I might start doing a little more cardio, just to start priming myself. The one thing I am going to do is eat all my favorite meals one time over the next 2 weeks, and take my daughter out for ice cream a couple times.

i have got 3 1/2 weeks until i start cutting for my fall contests i am pretty excited. i am starting off way better than i did last time. i should come in a few pounds heavier this year. i look and feel way better this time around. i hope i come in as crisp as i hope. i am going to rely more on my diet for weight loss this time around. last time i mainly relied on cardio and i feel that i gave up some mass doing that. trial and error thats how we figure it out.

well now that i have gotten back on track and had a good week i am ready to move forward. i only have 5 weeks left until i start cutting for 2 shows this fall. i have reaginged my confidence and gathered my self to push through. i hope to put on a little more size in may before cutting. and also not put on fat. so heres to my last "normal " month bring it on!

i don’t know what my problem is but I can not stop eatiing bad food. this has been one of my worst eating weeks ever. birthday cake and ice cream for my daughters birthday and then left overs. she had to have chicken nuggets and french fries for her birthday dinner. barbecues for the family GIRL SCOUT COOKIES. I just don’t have the will power right now. please help me

last weekend i went as a spectator to the show i was in last year. it just killed me to not be on stage. i have got the itch to compete so bad. the promoters annouced that they will be putting on a show in september now too. i am so doing it. i am also still planning on doing a show in october also. i am so pissed at myself for not getting myself ready for this spring. now i have to wait until fall. oh well i guess it just gave me that much more time to put on mass. i will beigin cutting the last week of may or the first week of june. depends on my weight.

i just came off my best week as far as strength goes. i am bigger and stronger than i have ever been. i want to start leaning out but i don’t want my strength to go down. i am hitting p.r.’s every week or so it seems like when you are hitting all your strength goals its hard to start cutting when you know thats going to stop. just time to make a decision on whats more important. ?????
