Was there an off season?

February 20, 2008

I started to train heavy; next thing you know my sciatic nerve is inflamed and my left leg is going to sleep! I ate whatever I wanted for about 1 week, I got as high as 204lb body weight. Time goes on I’m 198 and trying to soup up the training; then comes the flu, I’m 194 and tire easily, but I am very lean (veins are there, pictures to come). Metropolitan is comming real soon: didnt know what I was doing last year. I’m going to do it have been training hard all along. Nothing but Yams, asparagus and steak water and tea, I’ll be back only better!

Off season is anticlimactic

November 12, 2007

The contest shape is gone (albeit temporarily). The second and third glances are no more. No longer sunken faced and dark skinned still in shape enough to not look bulky and swolled. I’m trying to add some quality muscle, keep my edge and not get injured. Not looking for a secret or an answer just looking to commune with like minded musclehedz who may give and receive motivation & inspiration.
