What a rough night last night. First it took me 2.5 hours to get home from work. Mind you, NYC is only 18 miles from my house! As 5:30pm came and went (my usual work out time), the started to feel guilty. Is this a sign of OCD or addiction to the gym. Nonetheless, it is a good addiction for I haven’t pressed myself since I was younger; hence, why the fatness set in.

It is 6pm and I am still in my car. I am supposed to be at my second job by 9pm and now I se myself weighing the time. Should I go? Do I have time? I asked myself repeatedly. My fault for I really should carry a gym bag.

Finally, I am home! I make my prework out drink, take my animal stack, and on the way to my addiction.

I had a great bicep and tricep workout along with an awesome ab workout. I hope by May, I have driven down the bodyfat % by 4%.

I take a shower, get dressed and off to work. Get home at 6:30am from work. I am up 24 hours! Finally wind down and get to bed.

Today

Tuesday, April 17th, 2007

What a nightmare getting to the gym today. There are muliple road closures due to flooding leaving accessible roads a virtual standstill. The normal time is 7 minutes but today took 45 minutes. Finally get to the gym and for some reason the motivation was just not there. I sucked it up and began my back routine.

 Great back routine and so I decided to hit cardio for 30 minutes to allow the traffic to settle. Tomorrow is chest and hopefully ai feel strong for it.
