Flat Chest Press laying down on my weight bench lifting up a 20 pound dumbbell in each hand - 3 sets of 12
Standing Bent over Row Lunges lifting up a 20 pound dumbbell in each hand - 3 sets of 12
Incline Chest Press laying down on my weight bench starting at the top and lifting down a 20 pound dumbbell in each hand - 3 sets of 12
Sitting Shoulder Press lifting up a 20 pound dumbbell in each hand - 3 sets of 12
Standing Side Lateral lifting up a 20 pound dumbbell in each hand - 3 sets of 12
Tricep Kickback using a 20 pound dumbell - 3 sets of 12 for each arm
Standing Bicep Curl lifting up a 20 pound dumbbell in each hand at the same time - 3 sets of 12
Sitting Tricep Extension using a 20 pound dumbell - 3 sets of 12 for each arm
30 Minutes of Low Intensity Cardio on my recumbent bike
