why the haters
Ok, why do people have to be so negative or be haters. Most people spend a great time in the gym and bust their asses year round. I have spent the past year bulking up and getting fat, lets get serious bulking is a nicer word for FAT, and now I have givin myself one year to get ready for my first show. I have dropped 20 pounds in one month so I have shrunk, but its 95% fat that I have lost.
So the point of this is, why do I want to hear something negative that I already know. This for instance " MAN YOUR GETTING LITTLE" Ok I just want to say no shit dumb ass, But in the nice way its yeah I know. This is comin from someone or groups of others that have no idea of what I am putting myself through or putting my wife and family through while I am eating super clean and super healthy, god bless my wife, I know I have been a pain in the ass to deal with (moody) but she is still supporting me 100%. Ok back on path with my complainin. So I have went from eating anything and everything I want to only eating only a few things everyday straight at the same everyday. My loss isn’t really a loss but a gain in my eyes, being healthy and adding years to my life, and I refuse to be anywhere but in the top 2% of the human population and staying healty. I look around and see the same people who have never made any changes or have made very little changes, and these are the ones that come to me about my change, damn I just want to shove a dumbbell down there throat. I look in the mirror and see the accomplishment that I have made already and all anyone else can see is the shrinkage of the fat but they think its muscle, and thats why they will never change.

People (the majority) of the population will NEVER put themselves through what you are doing. This is something that you have to let go through one ear and out the other. Press on and do the best you can. After all you are doing it for you not them, right?
Keep positive and you will be a winner!

I’m not sure exactly what you do every day but the fact you know you’re doing the right thing, and that it SHOWS (no matter what other people say) I think is a huge accomplishment to be proud of in itself. Keep up the good work, it’s obviously paying off and you know it, which is what’s most important. Keep up the great work!

You need to keep up with the progress picks. When you reach your goals show those same poeple your before pictures and they will be amazed at the difference and see what you were trying to accomplish.
