Day 2…

Today’s workout was a good workout. It was a very good cardio workout. I felt great afterwards. I mean its been awhile when I’ve felt this great. I don’t know how to explain the feeling. LOL. But it was outstanding!! This time cardio was 45 mins. I stopped for a couple seconds just to drink some water. Afterwards, I kept on going on the Elliptical. 45 mins was the longest ever. I slept early. I mean not that early. I was shooting for 8, but that didn’t happen. I woke up at 4:15 and got to the gym by 5ish. Before my workout though, I tried EndoRush a little over the instructed amount. Only because the day before I took that instructed amount and it really didn’t do anything for me. This dosage was a little over 1/4 but under 1/2. Also I took my normal 2 GNC Thermobursts. I need that extra amount of energy… Plus, I knew it was going to be a long day. I don’t drink coffee, so I take other supplements for energy. But anyway. Yeah that extra amount of energy really helped me out today. I posted my workout routine on my BodySpace… So I don’t have to explain what I do everyday on my blog. Another goal of mine is to gain upper body strength. As you can see in my workout program that my weights for my arms are light. The hardest one on that list is the Arm Curls (machine). Yeah, I’m aware that I can use dumbells to help me out with that but I can’t seem to get my form right. I overly think about am I doing this right… Etc Etc. So I just stick to machines. Well this is enough blogging for tonight. I’m pretty exhausted.

Starting…

So today was day 1 of working out after taking a week off. I got off to a rough start. My body wasn’t used to waking up at 4:30am. I was pretty exhausted. I didn’t get enough rest the night before. I had a hard time sleeping, so.. Just didn’t get enough rest. Hopefully today I will be able to sleep early. Also with me being exhausted, I didn’t really have a good cardio session. Wasn’t really excited that I only burned 550 calories. I didn’t try harder. At least I got a workout this morning. I worked on other stuff other than cardio. I worked on my legs, calves, and glutes. And some stretching.

I’ve noticed that ever since I’ve been working out my posture is getting better. Also I can see my thighs are getting slimmer. =D I haven’t been able to fit into some of my work clothes. I’m not going to waste money and buy new clothes if I know I will be slimming down. So I just wear what I own for now. But I do see a difference and it is keeping me very motivated. :)
