I’ve lost around 20 pounds. I dropped a pant size. I’m feeling great! Exhausted, but great. My clothes I haven’t been able to fit into are fitting me now. I’m getting compliments constantly.

1st Spin Class

Yup. I attended my first spin class this AM. It was pretty good. I’m not sore from it. I am happy I atleast lasted for 45 mins. I’d never thought I would last 30 mins. So I am proud of myself. Someone had asked me if this was my first time at the spin class and I said Yes.. She also said good job for staying in that long. The only 2 bad things are my butt hurts (not used to the seat) and my glasses were falling off my face because I was sweating too much. I’m off to round 2 tomorrow. This time I will come in at 5am instead of 6 like this AM and being rushed.. I hate to rush things when I am working out. :) Its about to rain.. So…. I will have to cut this short.

Day 2…

Today’s workout was a good workout. It was a very good cardio workout. I felt great afterwards. I mean its been awhile when I’ve felt this great. I don’t know how to explain the feeling. LOL. But it was outstanding!! This time cardio was 45 mins. I stopped for a couple seconds just to drink some water. Afterwards, I kept on going on the Elliptical. 45 mins was the longest ever. I slept early. I mean not that early. I was shooting for 8, but that didn’t happen. I woke up at 4:15 and got to the gym by 5ish. Before my workout though, I tried EndoRush a little over the instructed amount. Only because the day before I took that instructed amount and it really didn’t do anything for me. This dosage was a little over 1/4 but under 1/2. Also I took my normal 2 GNC Thermobursts. I need that extra amount of energy… Plus, I knew it was going to be a long day. I don’t drink coffee, so I take other supplements for energy. But anyway. Yeah that extra amount of energy really helped me out today. I posted my workout routine on my BodySpace… So I don’t have to explain what I do everyday on my blog. Another goal of mine is to gain upper body strength. As you can see in my workout program that my weights for my arms are light. The hardest one on that list is the Arm Curls (machine). Yeah, I’m aware that I can use dumbells to help me out with that but I can’t seem to get my form right. I overly think about am I doing this right… Etc Etc. So I just stick to machines. Well this is enough blogging for tonight. I’m pretty exhausted.
