The aftermath…
Christmas is over, I had such a wonderful time with my husband and children. I really do love this time of year, spending time with my family is my favorite thing to do hands down.
However, I let my diet guard down and ate junk food and nuts all week long! Wow do I have damage control now that I have to take care of. I got sick and layed around for 4 days to top it off…. I usually am not tempted by junk food at all, but I thought Christmas only comes around once a year, so why not enjoy it! Big mistake… I’m 5 lbs heavier - and it’s not muscle! Ugh!
Thank heaven’s I’m back on track. I’m working out again, yea! I was way too weak to wrokout last week. I’ll be down 3 lbs by the end of the week for sure. I’ll keep a daily log until I reach my goal weight of 136. After all, I’m one fit mama & I believe in my dreams!!! =)

Ok, I weighed myself this morning and was disappointed… the scale was the same - bummer! Today I’m going to eat lean, do a long, hard workout, stay positive and think happy, powerful thoughts. Tomorrow will be a different story, the scale will be down!!!

Happy New Year! Another festive, high calorie day… for most people, but not for me!
Well, I weighted in this morning - the scale was the same, again! I was dissappointed but my body fat is down 1.5% which is good, and my pants were looser last night than the day before which makes me very happy. I have a photo shoot next week so I have to get down 5 lbs. I still can’t believe I caved lastweek (huge bummer) it’s just NOT worth it! Now I have to work on getting the water weight off as well as the unwanted fat I gained… Gag!!!
Tonight we’re having another family party. This time I’ll be mentally prepared - tomorrow will be a lighter day guaranteed!

Well, this morning I woke up at 5:45 ready to workout, I look forward to it every morning. I weighed in and was up a pond! Ugh! My body fat has come down, but I’m still not pleased with the scale….
So, I’m cleaning my diet even more. I’m a a almond crazy girl - I love raw almonds! Apparently they love me too. I’ve been eating too many lately. I’m going to only eat slivered almonds sprinked over my salads and protein shakes. By doing this the scale will drop — it better!!!
I am tighter and leaner than I was last week which makes me happy. I’m going to continue eating clean every 3 hours, drink my Liv Sxinney and Go (my favorites) and think positive, creative, gratitude thoughts about my body & life continually throughout the day… After all, I AM one very fit, thin & rich mama!

I’m feeling much better! Yea! I had a video shoot this week and had to go hard core with my diet and training. And it paid off! I got my body fat down to 13% and 2 lbs shy of my ideal goal weight, I didn’t reach my 135 lbs but I still looked ripped and so I walked in front of the camera happy. I’m 5′10", I was still happy with 137. My husband is my biggest supporter, he believed I could achieve my goal all along, I’m so blessed to have him! xoxo
I accomplished my goal by eating high protein and veggies and I bumped up my cardio to 60 mins all week as well as weight lifting. I also took Go (an L-arginine supplement) 3x a day, drank Liv Sxinney (a weight loss drink) took 4 Crave’s a day (high fiber with inulin). And it worked! Now I just have to maintain this weight…. I’m feeling leaner and stronger which is always a great feeling. I’m going to stick to my clean eating and supplements, I still want to reach my ideal goal weight! Hopefully next week I’ll see the golden number on my scale!

Hey - first you look AMAZING and are an inspiration for me and especially my wife. She’s not on bodyspace b/c she is a bit shy but she has really really taken to fitness and lifting over the past year and in part it is due to profiles like yours. Speaking of which, she has gotten so into lifting that she has actually gotten stronger than me on some of the leg lifts like leg press and squats. I have always sort of had "chicken legs" and haven’t had a change to workout much lately. This is personal but do you or any of the women you workout with have this experience of getting stronger then their significant others in any way? I ask because while i think it is great and frankly a big turn on, it sort of made my wife embarrassed and I told her not to be.

Thanks for your kind words, I really appreciated them! Tell your wife "Way to Go!" It sounds like she’s well on her way to creating the body of her dreams. I don’t like to lift too heavy on my legs because I get too bulky, I like a long, lean, shapely body. Girls are known for having stronger legs lb for lbs of muslce mass than guys… maybe so we can have more strength to raise our kids…

Thanks again for your sweet comment. Keep in touch & Enjoy your workouts!

It’s been awhile since I last posted a comment. I’m very pleased I’ve been training hard and have lost another 4 lbs, my body fat is very low. I love feeling lean and strong again.
About 4 months ago I went on a hormone replacement which totally screwed up my body… I gained 10 lbs in a month! I was freaked out — so I stopped the meds and turned to Liv SXinney, cRave & Go (Liv International products) to save my physique. I cranked up my cardio to an hour a day along with lifting and eating clean. Needless to say I’m very pleased… I lost 14 lbs and I’m leanest I’ve ever been. =)
I’m was also a cover girl this month & featured inside of PERFECTIFY Magazine (you can see it at www.perfectify.com) And then I was was asked to be featured on a local news broadcast, KUTV 2 News, representing fitness as well as my LivFit Coaching. It’s been an awesome month!
I’m grateful for my happy, joyful life, I am richly blessed. I love my amazing husband who gives me 24/7 support and encouragement to be my best. I’m looking forward to a fun, relaxing weekend with my precious family…. Happy Easter! =)))

I haven’t logged in for awhile because I was well below my target weight and body fat goal… Life was awsome! I felt powerful and strong… However, I was recently diagnosed with an ulcer, I started ulcer meds (I haven’t had an ulcer before… no clue what caused it either…) which has caused me to gain unwanted weight! I’m pretty much freaked out! I’m up about 7 lbs… Needless to say I have a lot of work to do to get back on track.
So now I’m on the wagon again training hard, I haven’t been able to work out over the past month due to major fatigue. Thankfully, I’m feeling like me again, I have more energy and my ulcer’s basically healed (other than the weight gain) and I’m going strong in my weight room. I’m doing cardio daily and weight lifting 4 days a week - med weights with high reps.
I’m logging everything again from diet to workouts. I’m saying my affirmations and goals aloud daily and visualizing my body as it was just over a month ago. I’ll be back in shape in 20 days…
I’ll be 4 lbs lighter by Sunday! By next weekend I’ll be down at least 6 lbs. My game plan is to eat every 3 hours - lean protein and lots of fresh fruits and veggies, cardio (20 - 26 miles on my bike each morning) in addition to weight lifting 4 days a week, dressage training my horses daily (2 hours) and to have my last meal by 7:30 pm followed by a casine drink before bed along with my other night time supplements.
I’m going to check in daily of my progress… I’m so excited to have my body back… NO more meds for this hard body….
My affirmations are:
I AM healthy, ripped and strong! I attract great abundance in all areas of my life. I AM a fat burning machine! I crave healthy, whole foods daily. I love life and in return life supports me in all areas of my life to its fullest. I AM grateful for my beautiful, lean body! Life really is soooo Good! I Love Life!!!!
I’ll check in tyomorrow two lbs lightetr! Yae!!! =)
