progress interruptions
i’ve been well on track, finally, to lose a couple lbs here and there; cooking clean, working out harder, etc. that’s all well, but i keep getting major setbacks and any couple lbs i lose, i regain because my family and i keep catching colds from one another. so i’m either sick or taking on the time-consuming role of nurse.
i guess i’m just venting because i’m finally super motivated and giving it my all to no avail. any comments welcome.

I just got sick for two weeks straight, and some family too, found ;yself helping out running around, and was unable to work out.. but I was able to keep to my diet, and anytime everyone else sat down to eat stuff \i couldn’t , i would either not eat of just find something else.. good news is lost in weight and size even though i couldnt work out.. let nothing get in your way.. you have to be strong cause you are a mom now

Well I kind of feel the same way. I work out hard I just cant force myself to eat right. Even when i want to the food while deployed is almost always fried. I manage to stay motivated regardless of set backs. You just have to take the good with the bad and hit it with everything you got.
