i’ve been well on track, finally, to lose a couple lbs here and there; cooking clean, working out harder, etc. that’s all well, but i keep getting major setbacks and any couple lbs i lose, i regain because my family and i keep catching colds from one another. so i’m either sick or taking on the time-consuming role of nurse.
i guess i’m just venting because i’m finally super motivated and giving it my all to no avail. any comments welcome.

I have steadily been weighing-in below the 130lb mark. It’s now 127lbs to be exact. I’m so excited about that!!! But there’s one thing….I feel fatter than ever! Why?! Is this mental? My clothing doesn’t seem to fit right, either. I’m starting to get frustrated. It’s as if my body is in the beginning phases of a serious transformation, but it feels more like a malformation.
Can anyone shine some light on this phenomenon? I hope it’s just my body’s way of readjusting into a new smaller self, lol! Any help is appreciated!!!

Wow, I’m on the verge of creeping down below the 130lb mark. I haven’t been at 120-sumthin in about 3&half years!!! That extra cardio is working great for me.
It’s always been a priority for me to feel strong, so I stick mainly to the weights, all the while the cardio would escape me. I’ve had to kick myself to remember that running is great for reving up that metabolism.
So for those of you who are loyal to the weight but need to lose fat, always remember to fit in some cardio time and maybe you’ll see faster progress. I’m so happy about my new weight, I had to share!

Can you believe some chick got in my face?! She was so angry and she happens to look a little like Linda Blair, lol! She was accusing me of flirting with her EX-dude, whom i’ve known for a few years and totally respect. The biatch just doesn’t know me and how i enjoy making people laugh.
Anyway, I was basically waiting for her to throw the first swing so that i may unleash my boxing beast within, but she never did anything. That tickles me.
Now, when I’m in the gym, all I have to do is picture her face and I’m actually able to knockout a few more reps after feeling like I can’t go anymore. I should thank her the next time I see her!!!
^^ Then maybe I’ll smack her! JK!
