Month of slow progress
Haven’t posted in awhile. I have been working alot but I am still walking 3x a week. Lost alot of muscle tone I got in May, but I will get it back.
Still trying to eat healthy at least 3x a day also.
Anyone else slack off in June?

Tomorrow is a new day and a new opertunity to do better. Some effort is always better then no effort so hold your head high and continue to move forward my friend!
