Sup guys:
I haven’t worked out since I was a sophmore in high school (almost 25 here now).
This is my first brief post…but yeah there’s a long story involved.
Life is a strange journey but I am ready to make some major changes to achieve some goals I wasn’t sure were possible last year or the year before. I have let myself go since high school and I’m not sure if that was a good choice. It was partly laziness and partly food addiction.
Hope everyone shares a tip or 2 with the noob…I’m ready to get to work here!

welcome and good luck to you. It takes some doing to loose the weight but just stick with it–exercise and eating right and it’ll work for you! It has for me so far. Any questions or help, drop me a line! Good luck!

Just stick with it. Changing your body in a healthy manner takes time, most good things do. Find out what diet you need to be on and what sort of exercises you should do. There are so many people out there that can help you. Dont be afraid to push yourself, because in the end you will look back and I guarentee you that you will say to yourself it was worth it. Good Luck Buddy….no excuses and no fear.

The first step is the hardest one….and you’ve just made that one. The rest is all the science of nutrition, physical fitness and just plain….sweat. Suggest you start with "Weight Watchers", perhaps the most successfull structured and highly supported weight reduction program in the world…at the same time find your local Fitness Center - they’ll start you on a program that you can pace thru. You’re young, you’re body will respond fast. And above all, KEEP THE FAITH IN YOURSELF. You’ll do it. Good luck…jeff
