Work tonight 2030-0630 Up @ 1100 hours
1 Cup cofffee w/skim milk & Splenda; 2 Hoodia caps
5 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 Cup oatmeal; Supps; 2 C, 1 E, 1 CalMagZinc, 1 multivit, 1 liter H20
Workout - Cardio / Abs - 1 liter of H20
Pure Pro Shake by ABB 11 Fl oz can Chocolate Swirl
1830 hrs - leave for work
1 grilled chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 c steamed Broc, 2 Hoodia, H20
1 grilled chicken breast, 1 c brown rice, 4 asparagus spears, H20 (finished 1 liter)
banana & 1 liter H20
0630 hours - took off early (6-13-08) go to sleep
