Looking to November
Well, I have begun to really clean up my diet. I’ve met with my new trainer twice so far. Wow, my legs are still crying! I’ve done 45 to 60 minutes of cardio, both inside the gym and outside, so far. I’ve started my diet journal and continue to log all my workouts. I’m working out in the basement today before I go to work.
I must stay focused toward my goals. I will layout my 16 week count down and diet with my trainier on Wednesday! I can’t wait. Thanks to all those people on bb.com who continue to inspire me!

Today is day 6 week 18 out! I’m working out in the basement today. No time to go to the gym cuz i have to cook my food, train and do my housework before I go to work at 2:30 pm. I am not going to step on a scale, take measurements or post progress pic until 16 weeks out, even though I have cleaned up, cut out, and started with my trainer.
Just do it! No excuses!

Day 5 Week 18
Great upper body workout with Petr this morning. Cardio early and a half hour after my workout. Note to self…Petr says no yogurt, no rice (if any, small amount of brown rice), and 1 or 2 serv of fruit/day is okay. Lots of fresh veggies. Off to Costco I go!

Day 4 Week 18
An hour of cardio (rotating stairs for 30 and elliptical for 30). Diet is on target! Tomorrow is leg day!

Legs again today! Petr reviewed by Food Intake Log and thinks it is too restrictive this far out. He said he will have a problem cutting food items out at this point. He has suggested I add two more egg whites in the am, another scoop of PB, apples and to reintroduce my 60 cal 7 gm sugar yogurt (All those suggestions make me HAPPY!) Well, it looks like double cardio will be my destiny to make sure I deplete the fat cells in my legs!

I’m really working hard on my legs too and lately i can’t even stand up straight so its working for sure. Can’t wait till OCT and show the new pics

Day 2 Week 15
Three very intense workouts this week. I’m starting to see the changes. shoulders are coming out; the right more than the left, stomach flattening out and legs leaning out. Slow but sure. I’m feeling good. My trainer is very confident and keeps me on track when I have "fat dreams" LOL, no, really, scary!
I will start tanning soon and should have new progress pictures by the end of August.
