Ok, today I worked overtime so I missed my workout partner at the gym. I ate clean, staying on track with my diet so now I have to go down in the basement to do the back, bi, ab and cardio workout alone! Here I go!

Didn’t do the basement workout. Trained at the gym today with Sheila. She wants me to start a bodyspace for her! See todays Workout Tracker for today’s workout!
Unbelievable, My first day/night in charge and I end up getting called out at 2 am Friday! I didn’t finish at work until 5 pm! I could have stayed. A lot more could have been done. Anyway, I had a viewing @ 7 pm and I couldn’t miss my date with my wonderful husband….so, That being said, I didn’t get my workout done Friday. I haven’t talked to Sheila so I don’t know if she made it to the gym without me. Saturday (today) will be our chest, tri, ab and cardio day!
Yesterday was a mess (8/25/08). I worked 6 am to 6 pm, didn’t get home til 7pm and had to be back @ work at 5 am today. Needless to say, I didn’t get my Monday workout in. I did it today but I really felt bad. Stomach ache, fatigue and generally not on my A game but still motivated to get to the gym. Legs tomorrow! That motivates me!
It’s been a week since I left a comment! I Took over a new shift on Friday and am now working a day work schedule. Now my workout partner works opposite days as me so we have to plan ahead, schedule and make our workouts dates just like our part time schedules. Like it was a job! I still am at the same weight so I will have to set a new goal because I will not make it to 122 lbs by 9/15/08! I must keep going! My goals are very important to reach!
This past week has been pretty full. I’m off until Friday so I’ll be hitting the weights hard and kicking up the cardio. Slowly but surely the fat is coming off. I m hoping my friend will take a progress picture of me his week! Til we talk again.
Well, today I started with my new Bodybugg. Calculates calories burned, calories consumed, sets up everything I need based on my goals. So far today, I have not burned enough calories but I only started using it around noon. Watching the deficit is pretty kewl. It’s all a gimmick but it’s a kewl little device so I’m giving it a try!
The Bodybugg is great! I see how much (calories) I have burned and how much I have taken in and this will be the second day of caloric deficit. Oh, and I’m starting to see the abs. Four of the six are showing. Fat is burning off at a more noticeable rate now! I have not stepped on my scale in a few weeks but next Sunday…I’m gonna find out if I broke through my plateau!
Okay, It’s now October 13th! I have tightened up my diet, monitored my calories burned, calories taken in andI make sure I have a deficit of at least 700 calories everyday! I have been lifting and increasing my weights each time I train a body part. I very happy with my legs. Anyway, I weighed myself this morning and I am still 129! Shit! I feel leaner, I get comments now that I look like I have lost weight and I can even see the abs (I have a four pack). So how frustrating is that!
This is the beginning of another week. I will meet Sheila at the gym in an hour. I’m going to have to start crushing the cardio. Not my favorite cuz I really don’t want to burn the muscle I’ve developed but I need to move the scale down at least two lbs by next Sunday’s weigh in!
So I have dropped down to 126 lbs but I don’t feel defined yet! Not tight, hence the reason I have not posted progress pictures. I am making progress but I want it to be noticeable when I finally do post the pics. I have contacted a PT and we are going to meet net week. I want him to help me reach my goals. Hopefully I can start sometime in December, funds permitting!

After totally indulging on vacation, it’s time to get back to business. While I’m training with my friend 4+ times a week, I really need a professional PT to tune me up. Unfortunately, the cash flow is not what it was in the past. Anyway, it’s time to recreate myself.
Well, I have begun to really clean up my diet. I’ve met with my new trainer twice so far. Wow, my legs are still crying! I’ve done 45 to 60 minutes of cardio, both inside the gym and outside, so far. I’ve started my diet journal and continue to log all my workouts. I’m working out in the basement today before I go to work.
I must stay focused toward my goals. I will layout my 16 week count down and diet with my trainer on Wednesday! I can’t wait. Thanks to all those people on bb.com who continue to inspire me!

Trained legs heavy yesterday. Wow, I’m starting to really feel the soreness now. Off today and Chest, Triceps, Abs & Cardio tomorrow. Feeling good!
