Is there a different way to write my diet journal other than blogging it?

I second what smorgan1227 says. It is GREAT!!! It also calculates your percentage intake for macros.

Personally, I still say it is possible to put too much into tracking calories consumed and spent. Blogging allows you to capture the specifics, while inherently keeping one from turning this process into rocket science. Blog, then use the mirror as your primary assessment tool, and you’ll garner easily enough objective data to ensure you’re keeping on task.

I’ve always been old school, pencil and notebook for my workouts & training diet. I started to "blog" onlilne here instead of the notebook but I wasn’t sure if the "blog" was the right medium. I have never "blogged" before.
