Worked Last Night - not much sleep so woke up late (1330 hours) Tool off work tonight to go to a 40th Birthday Party
2 BSN Atro-Phen w/H20
Oatmeal Protein Shake - 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal, 1 scoop Vanilla Praline Designer Whey Protein, ice, 4 frozen strawberries to taste (made 20 oz) w/ vitamins - 2 C, 1 E, 1 Calmagzinc, 1 multi & H20
Labrada Lean Body for Her Shake w/ H20
At the party - a lot of "bad" food:C so I didn’t eat much -Cucumber, onion & vinegar salad (it had sugar in it - yuck), grilled chicken and 2 12 oz waters
Back at home @ 2130 - nothing to in the house prepared to eat - 4 wheat crakers w/ 1 tsp organic peanut better, H20
Not the best day - I’ll call this my cheat day but I’m not happy about it

Home at 0630 hrs - couldn’ sleep
1 bananna, H20
Tried to nap - no luck - back up at 0830 hrs
Hungry - lettuce, chopped - tomato, onion & yellow/orange peppers 4 oz of rinsed tuna on top
1230 try to nap - not able sleep
1 banana
slept from 1430 - 1730
1 cup steamed rice, portabell muchroom patty and vitamins (2 C, 1 E, 1 Calmagzinc & 1 multi) H20 1 liter
1900 off to work
1 Atro-Phen cap with H20
Labrada Lean Body Her Shake - strawberry
Lettuce with (total combined amount = 1 cup-walnuts, stawberry slices, mandrine orange slices blueberries), H20 liter

Work tonight 2030-0630 Up @ 1100 hours
1 Cup cofffee w/skim milk & Splenda; 2 Hoodia caps
5 hard boiled egg whites, 1/2 Cup oatmeal; Supps; 2 C, 1 E, 1 CalMagZinc, 1 multivit, 1 liter H20
Workout - Cardio / Abs - 1 liter of H20
Pure Pro Shake by ABB 11 Fl oz can Chocolate Swirl
1830 hrs - leave for work
1 grilled chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 c steamed Broc, 2 Hoodia, H20
1 grilled chicken breast, 1 c brown rice, 4 asparagus spears, H20 (finished 1 liter)
banana & 1 liter H20
0630 hours - took off early (6-13-08) go to sleep

1 Grilled chicken breast, salad (w/ carrot, tomato, chopped onion, sliced yellow pepper a 2 tbs vinegar/oil), small corn on the cob & 1 liter H2O
