Well, I have begun to really clean up my diet. I’ve met with my new trainer twice so far. Wow, my legs are still crying! I’ve done 45 to 60 minutes of cardio, both inside the gym and outside, so far. I’ve started my diet journal and continue to log all my workouts. I’m working out in the basement today before I go to work.
I must stay focused toward my goals. I will layout my 16 week count down and diet with my trainier on Wednesday! I can’t wait. Thanks to all those people on bb.com who continue to inspire me!

Ok, today I worked overtime so I missed my workout partner at the gym. I ate clean, staying on track with my diet so now I have to go down in the basement to do the back, bi, ab and cardio workout alone!

I know the importance of cardio to shed the bodyfat! I feel like I’m getting tired of the "same old, same old " Running…not my thing. What do you think about mixing up the different machines in one workout session to get the 45 to 60 minute cardio workout instead of just one or two machines, i.e. tredmill, eliptical, stairclimber, etc. Any good suggestions? Thanks!
