the new me 2009
as of the beginning of march 2009, i finally am learning about all the nutrition side of training. (after being stuck at the same results for a long ass time lol i decided there was something that needed to be changed).
I didn’t even think about eating healthy foods being a high school student, and i really just got into training really intensely about a year ago (april 2008), but didn’t know you had to eat good foods or take supplements, or anything… lol shows how good our schools are in california.
so as of now 2009, after having a sikk ass 8-pack disappear in a couple weeks because of no knowledge of nutrition, i now am determined to have and maintain the best body i can possibly get while being a full-time college student athlete and working part time to keep my own place with my roommates.
