The foods i consume to maintain my body!
the foods i’ve been consuming within the past year, have always been based off of "Chicken Tuna’s Plain Food List"

-not intentionally, but i saw her list, and it’s pretty much everything I eat balanced throughout the day. It’s been able to "easily" maintain my high maintenance body for almost a year and counting; eating 5-8 of these types of meals a day, constantly confusing my metabolism.
i eat roughly 300g carbs a day, and stay ripped lol. the biggest thing is just portion control. i don’t count calories, i just eat certain portions whenever i feel hungry. which happens to be every 2 1/2-4 hours depending on how good i control the previous portion.
