day 2
meal 1-1/2 c oatmeal/blueberries, 3 egg whites
meal 2-1/2 c nonfat yougurt, scoop of protein powder/water
meal 3- 1 ww low carb tortilla, 1 cn tuna, squeeze of lemon, lettuce, 1 tsp of dill relish
meal 4-1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, small banana, 6 strawberries, 12 oz of water blended
meal 5- 4 oz. baked chicken, 1/4 of small potatoe w/tsp of salsa, 1/2 c asparagus
eating all that my stomache is growling right now
, my stomache will adjust, its NOT use to portion control right now lol
did better on my eating today, got a xtra meal n there, but still having withdrawls from carbs & sugar, ill get over it, thats the bad thing about not eating good the past 2 1/2 mo.
had a awesome cardio/ab workout..hair was wet for an hr so i guess i did something right!
