My wife and I were talking about struggles just last night. How some kids don’t have them. Like you say, it helped make who you are today. John, you have done great! You have put in the time and effort to build something that a lot of people want but aren’t willing. Congrats! Ruben.

Simply amazing. Life hands us all sorts of challanges. Not sure if you’ve seen the movie Evan Almighty….but there is a line in that movie where Steve Carrell and ‘God’ are having an exchange. Steve goes….I ask for patience and I don’t get it. What’s up God….Morgan Freeman (playing God) says…..when you ask for patience…I give you the OPPORTUNITY to be patience. When you ask for Courage…I give you the OPPORTUNITY to be courageous. So in short…you have been given the OPPORTUNITY to be outstandingly fit and you have capitalized on it. Congrats and keep your head high. Spread the word and share the perspective and gift of success. -S

I’m proud of you, man! You’ve taken the bull by the horns, yanked them off, and stabbed the bastich with his own horns!
Just wondering, did you and the wife both change how/what you eat, or do you have to fix different food now?
