I'm clearly all in, and have been since the start. I'm tailoring my nutrition, water, sodium, training, everything toward peaking on my final day of the transformation, this coming Sunday the 22nd of April.
Wide grip lat pulldowns. 3 sets of 20, dropsets. After 10 reps of 100#, drop to 70# for the second 10 reps.
Seated dumbbell curls. 3 sets of 20, dropsets. 20# dumbbells for 10 reps each arm and then 10# dumbbells for 10 reps each arm.
Standing lat bar straight arm pressdown. 3 sets of 20, dropsets. 37.5# for 10 reps then 20# for 10 reps.
Cable rows. 3 sets of 20, dropsets. 10 reps of 100# followed immediately by 10 reps at 70#.
Close-grip lat pulldowns. 3 sets of 20, dropsets. 100# for 10 reps, then 70# for 10 reps.
Static standing bicep curls. (Never drop past 90*, and hold the nonworking arm at the 90* angle when the other arm is repping) 3 sets of 20, dropsets. 20# for 10 reps then 10# for 10 reps.
Finally, one foot on the wall about 3' high, and one foot on the bosu half-ball, push ups. 3 sets of 20.
LISS, 20 minutes of walking on the treadmill at 3.5mph and 3.5 incline.
