Day 27, Saturday the 25th of Feb.
Slept well last night.
At 12 noon I had 3/4 cup of Quaker oats, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and 1/2 tbsp honey. Also had a green tea and a serving of the opti-men multivitamins. Preparing for the workout already.
At 1:30pm I had 1 serving of Muscle Pharm Assault, raspberry lemonade flavor, 2 scoops of Muscle Pharm creatine, and 1 scoop of glutamine. Headed to the gym.
Did the following:
Close grip incline bench, 3 sets of 10 with increasing weight.
3 sets of 12 dips.
Overhead tricep presses with the cable, 3 sets of 8 reps with weight that has me failing on the 8th rep. Higher on the 3rd set, failed on the 7th rep
Incline single arm dumbbell skull crushers, 3 sets of 8-10 each arm
Tricep horizontal dumbbell push backs, 2 sets of 6 with failure weight
2 sets of 10 triangle tricep pushups with feet on a ball (balancing)
Kettle bell slow forward arm raises, 3 sets of 10 reps
2 sets of Julien Greaux's 6-exercise ab routine
At 3:15, immediately following the abs, I had 1 scoop of Muscle Pharm Re-Con mixed with 10oz water.
At 4:00pm I had two scoops of Muscle Pharm Combat, S'mores flavor.
At 7:15pm I had 2 cups of broccoli, 3 large shrimp, 3oz of grilled chicken, and a cup of brown rice.
10:00pm 2 scoops of Muscle Pharm Combat, cookies-n-cream mixed with 12oz water. Also 1 oat bran, flax, and whole wheat pita with 1/4 tbsp honey.
12:15am 1 oat bran, flax, and whole wheat pita with 1 buffalo meat burger patty, and green tea.
2:30am, 2 scoops of Muscle Pharm Combat mixed with 12 oz water, one scoop of Chocolate peanut butter, one scoop of banana cream.
