Hey Paul: I like the tone of your discussion. You sound very committed and focused–this really rings home to me, as well. I think there comes a point in your bb-development where you decide, hey, I’m where I want to be OR you begin reaching for that next level–at least I have been imagining each of these options. I’ve decided to push forward–although I am lifting fewer days, maybe 3-4, leaving more time for rest and recovery. I’ve added 1/2 hour of cardio before my weight training, and I am seeing some gains, which have also been validated by comments on my pics. I am finding bodybuilding are real self-discovery process–you think you understand your body, and then something new takes shape–literally, that then motivates you to keep with it. I’m also trying to mix up my workouts, eliminating the "routine" checklist. It’s still too soon to tell if this will produce any significant results (muscle growth). I like what you’re doing. You look great and are an inspiration to me. beef.
