A New Personal Best!!!!!!

Went into the gym yesterday and was just feeling great so i thought i would really go all out. Flat Bench i warmed up with 135×15 then 225×12 then 275×3 and 315×1 then 365×1 felt i could have went heavier but elbows were uncomfortable. I then Did Incline dumbell presses in which is the most impressive i have ever done. It went like this 115’sx12    125’sx9    135’sx6  135’sx6. And last but not least i am only weighing in at 166lbs

New Photos

I just posted my pics from aug 16th before i went on vacation. I weighed in 9 pounds heavier than last year so i am feeling pretty good. Lighting isn’t that great but please let me know what you think i am trying to get ready for nationals 2008.

I have recently cleaned up my diet a little bit and dropped about 8 lbs since my last post I am sitting at around 6% bodyfat and pics will be coming at the end of the week to show my progress would really like some feedback on the new pics so keep coming back to let me know what you think , Mr. Michigan here I come.

A Personal Best!

For the first time in my life i stepped on the scale and the dial went past 180 lbs.  I am and extreme hard gainer and have never been able to get in the 180’s but today marked a very happy day in my life especially with the Mr. Michigan coming up June 30th. Starting my diet in 5-6 weeks and weighing about 15 lbs heavier than last year with same bodyfat.
