A New Personal Best!!!!!!
Went into the gym yesterday and was just feeling great so i thought i would really go all out. Flat Bench i warmed up with 135×15 then 225×12 then 275×3 and 315×1 then 365×1 felt i could have went heavier but elbows were uncomfortable. I then Did Incline dumbell presses in which is the most impressive i have ever done. It went like this 115’sx12 125’sx9 135’sx6 135’sx6. And last but not least i am only weighing in at 166lbs
