Got up ran…best way to start the day! Took a dose of NO Shotgun and gonna be pumped all day, best supplement Ive used to date. Its gone through 3 stages and having tried all three this latest version is better tasting and as far as I can tell more stable, but still very strong.

Had a solid workout on chest and tris as well as abs (of coarse). Then went for a nice 2 mile run, its starting to warm up over here, wont have to cut back on sodium intake.

Cardio, just ran but I have noticed a nice natural increase in speed along my usual run. It always feels good to see improvements.
