Hey all….. neck is giving me problems after gym and just in general…. its always stiff n dono wat to do bout it…. does anyone perhaps have any exercises that may help strengthen my neck??

Are you doing alot of shrugs for traps? I kept a crick in my neck for days after doing barbell shrugs. Switched to one arm db shrugs… much better.
