			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys it has been about two weeks since my two weeks since my last post and I want to give you guys an update.  First, I decided to bring back weight lifting.  I am doing a full-body workout 2-3 times a week.  Also my diet has been going really well.  I have been eating fruits, veggies, meats, milk, and plenty of water.  I do feel I lack protein though.  Also I do not think I am going to make my goals the only one I might make is the 20 mi.  So far I have done 12.  Give me your support.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey guys I just finished my first week of serious cadio training and it went great.  I ran 10 miles this week in total so I am already half way through my month goal.  I also burned a total of 1000 cals.  My diet went good too.  I drank plenty of water and ate harldy any fat but still got good protein and carbs.  I have not checked my weight or wasit becasue I want to surprise myself of the changes I made at the end of the month.  I hope the rest of the month goes as well this week did.  Wish me luck.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey sorry i have not done anything on this sight in a while but I have good news and bad news.  First, the good news.  I finally started my weight program at my high school. It has all the things that my home gym has been lacking like the lat pulldown machine, leg press, machine flies, and so much more and I am so happy <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> .  The bad news the first month of my training is up and I have made no gains and no loses <img src='http://blog.bodybuilding.com/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':-(' class='wp-smiley' /> . Do not worry though I have big plans for February and hope to make gains and loses especially now that I have the school gym and my disposal. Wish me luck.
