DIET PROMBLEMS. :-(

I have been having diet problems and I need some help.  I can’t really afford supplements and the stuff on diets that I have heard of sound strange and I don’t know where I can get them.  Also since I am a student eating every three hours is more challening since I can’t eat in class.  Please give me a simple diet I can follow with little problem.

    dude just work out you have all the fat and eatting habits you need you\\\’ll gain muscle easily if you just work out 5 days a week but remember you need rest dont work out everyday, and then when you get your build thats why you start losing your unwanted fat, and then gain off of your new body

    i try to take my fats in only through things like nuts. protein bars are also good as well as other low fat type bars aka granola. those work. maybe put some protein in a shaker and drink that in class. don’t overtrain. its key.
